Observation

Staff were not positioning themselves and attending to children when a child was able to place their private parts on a child’s face and then have it brought to Staff's attention by a parent. During onsite inspection Licensor observed teachers outside not positioning themselves to supervise all areas accessible to children and Program Director repeatedly talked to teacher to reposition their bodies.
